Payment, status, alert and test notifications.

Test notifications#
From Relay phones → Test (or Settings → Relay app) send a test payment, alert, update or connection check notification. The phone shows it on its next check-in (within ~60 s) and the dashboard switches from Queued to Delivered when the phone confirms.
