The phone shows “Offline · retrying”

The phone can’t reach your server. Check its internet connection and that your domain loads in the phone’s browser. Queued SMS upload automatically once it reconnects.

A payment SMS arrived but nothing happened

• Check Activity in the app: REJECTED means the SMS didn’t match a parser — see MoMo SMS → Unparsed in the dashboard and adjust SMS parsers.
• DUPLICATE means the Transaction ID was already stored — the payment is in MoMo SMS.
• If the SMS isn’t in Activity at all, the sender ID isn’t in the parser’s list or SMS permission is off.

“Pairing code is invalid or expired”

Codes last 10 minutes and work once. Generate a new one. When typing, include the full server URL (https://…).

“Clock skew too large”

Requests are signed with a timestamp. Turn on automatic date & time on the phone.

The app went back to the pairing screen

The phone was revoked or removed in the dashboard (the screen shows why). Pair it again with a new code.
